Life Summary:
Victor Lukin began his academic art education at the tender age of
14. At the age of 16 he was engaged for restoring priceless frescos found at the
archaeological side of Samarkund.
He graduated in 1960 from the Moscow Academy of Arts, with works that stunned the
traditional and socialist view of art with the arrival of a new meaning in art and caused
a rift between the establishment.
At the age of 20 he held his first underground exhibition during the totalitarian soviet
rule of Russia. His regular solo - shows in the next four years created an enormous
wave
of population and controversy. After several arrests by KGB he left Russia in 1978 and
travelled around the world.
Painting, exhibition and selling in Tel - Aviv, Milan. Rome, Hamburg, Paris, Amsterdam,
Hawaii, Acapulco and New York.

Successfully solo work in private exhibitions working with top artists writers and
performers in New York.
A collection of 10 years work
For private inspiration he travelled to the East and for the past 20
years his models are the Himalayan Mountains, the river Ganga, nature, and the beauty of
Nepal and India, and the mysticism of the people.
