Dive in to India
Description
This short 8 day / 7 night tour covers Cochin, backwaters with
overnight in a houseboat, Periyar national park, Madurai and the famous Kovalam
beach.
This tour is the ideal extension to our Ayurveda or diving
program
Itinerary
Day 01 Arrive in Cochin transfer to Hotel. Half day city of Cochin.
Evening witness Kathakali dances in a local theatre.
 Day 02 Around noon transfer to Alleppey
& board your private houseboat and begin an overnight cruise with lunch & dinner
served on board.
Day 03 Arrive in Kottayam - after breakfast, check out & drive to
Periyar game sanctuary (04 hrs). Afternoon game viewing.
Day 04 Periyar/Madurai - Morning Spice Gardens visit. Afternoon
drive to Madurai.
Day 05 Madurai - Morning
visit of Madurai. Evening witness night ceremony. Overnight in Madurai.
Day 06 Madurai/Kovalam via Kanyakumari - overnight at Kovalam
Day 07 Kovalam - a day at leisure.
Day 08 Dep Kovalam transfer to Trivandrum Airport.

from and to airport and land transportation, as per the program by non air-conditioned Ambassador Car / Tata Sumo (jeep) or Tempo Traveler (minibus), depending upon the group size, throughout the tour.

Our prices
do not include:
- Airport
tax on departure from India (500 rupees/person)

personal expenses like telephone call, laundry shopping, table drinks,

to circumstances beyond our control such as airline and railway delays,
