SERVICES / RATES / PAYMENT: Services according to the written offer. Rates according to the newest price list. We reserve the right to change the rates in case of any revision in hotel accommodation tariff, or in transport cost, or in case of any taxes. If the rate increases more than 10% after Your booking, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, by paying a charge of 100,-DM per person. The withdrawal has to be made in writing without delay. Full prepayment must be made on the account of STS, at least 30 days before setting out the journey. By 25% payment on account must be paid

INSURANCE'S: Insurance of cars, motor coaches or boats, run by private enterprises are mostly not insured. The Vehicles and trains of the state governments, are not insured. STS recommend the inclusion of a luggage-accident-and Travel sickness-insurance.

CANCELLATION: Before setting out the journey, you can cancel in writing. By withdrawal we have to charge you following cancellation fees: a) until 27 days before the Travel 10 % of Travel tariff; b) 26- 12 days before the Travel 50% of Travel tariff; c) 11-1 days before the Travel or later on , or not setting out the journey 100% of Travel tariff d) For Diving Bangaram Island there is no repay by bookings from 15.12. - 15. 1.

CHANGE OF BOOKINGS: In case of changing a booking until one month before the Travel, we have to charge you 40,-USD per change of booking, if change of booking could done as requested. Later on, we have to charge you the same cancellation fees as by the withdrawal.

WITHDRAWAL BY STS: In case of calamity, strike, change of air, road connections or health regulations, STS is entitled to withdraw from contract.

LIABILITY: STS is not a carrier or keeper of inns, hotels, restaurant, boarding lodging houses, or transport enterprises. STS will arrange tickets, bookings and reservations only as agents for their clients who accept the same, Subject to these terms and conditions and those of each of the concerned (hereinafter called the Travel services) with whom STS make arrangements for their clients. STS is not liable whatsoever the same may arise, for cancellation of journeys, deviations, delays or the failure to provide seats, berth or facilities for carrying or sorting luggage, for the failure to provide accommodation, or for traffic accidents. STS is not liable in the event of any alteration or change of any kind made by any of the Travel services following the acceptance of any booking by them and clients are responsible for any increase in charges which the Travel services may be entitle to require. STS do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their servants and agents of the Travel services for injury, damage or loss to persons or goods whatsoever and howsoever the same may be caused, and they do not warrant and are in no way responsible for the accuracy of any information given or statement made by their servants and agents or those given or made by the Travel services and agents. Ticket bookings and reservations will only be negotiated by STS on payment of a deposit which will be accepted in part payment of the total cost incurred by clients, but receipt of a deposit does not constitute acceptance of any booking. In the event of any Travel services canceling any arrangement made on behalf of a client STS will only be liable to refund the amount of the Monies paid by the clients to them Subject to a deduction for such sums if any as the Travel services may be entitled to be paid. Any cancellation made by a client must be in writing and the client any Monies held by them after deduction the said expenses and payments and any event shall not be required to make payment until they have received payment from the Travel services of such Monies as may be due the client following such cancellation. STS reserve the right to modify any arrangements required by and made on behalf of clients and to cancel the same without notice. Legal domicile is Mapusa, Goa, India. effective: August 1995
