SCUBA DIVING AT BANGARAM

The Dive Center at Bangaram is the only in Lakshadweep, hence its ours sole responsibility to leave the abundance of marine life undisturbed. Feeding of fish has never been practiced here. Hence all sea creatures still behave in their natural way. Please help us maintain it. Do not attempt to ride turtles and Manta Rays. You are welcome to find out for yourself the difference of diving in Lakshadweep from Some of the famous dive spots. The Dive Center caters to beginners and experienced divers. Two Boat dives a day in different location, of which only a few are mentioned below.

SHALLOW POINT A Dive to a max. of 15 m with exposure to the sandy coral reef environment the likelihood to see Sand eels, Leopard murals, Lion fish, Sting rays and White tip sharks.

MANTA POINT The Reef with impressive coral structures. Manta Rays can be seen throughout the year, but more likely during September to December and in April, May. Whale sharks are also sighted here. More common are Turtles, Nurse sharks and Napoleons.

THINNAKARA HILL A Submerged Hill separated from the main reef, with stronger currents, provides a totally different experience. It is usual to see big schools of Jacks, Eagle-rays and Hump heads, the biggest in the Parrot fish family.

PRINCESS ROYAL WRECK A dive to the remains of a 200 year old galleon, only recently discovered by us. Also at home to the magical "swinging fish"

GRAND CANYON The dive between two vertical walls which rises from unknown depths of the ocean, only 6 m apart from each other. Dense with precious black corals offer a great panoramic view. Important *Kindly Note: Decompression Chamber not available. Decompression Dives below 35m are not permitted . Diving out side the reef only possible between September 15th to may 15 All diving activities are entirely at own risk.

Includes charges for boat and all equipment. Dive charges payable at location in foreign exchange. For group of 9 paying Divers one Dive Guide Free provided minimum qualification CMAS 3 star. Open Sea Diving available 1 Oct. To 15 May only. Only Non decompression dives Permitted. Maximum permitted diving depth 30 meters.

2. DEEP SEA BIG GAME SPORTS FISHING
